$250 per 50-minute family /couples therapy session
$250 per 1-hour psychological evaluation
$250 per 1-hour phone consultation

Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with a monthly statement of your session payments to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment
Cash, debit cards, and major credit cards are accepted for payment. To cancel your appointment, please notify me 24-hours in advance. Missed appointments will be billed at the full cost of the session.
Concierge Services
If your status, lifestyle, or employment do not allow you to seek out traditional services in a crowded therapy office, concierge therapy is for you. Concierge therapy provides private therapy services in a discrete setting of your choice (home, office etc.), keeping your privacy in mind. Services are available on call in a variety of settings. This allows Dr. Erickson to utilize an integrative approach to therapy that might otherwise be limited by the confines of a typical office. Rates are based on treatment modality, individual, couple or family therapy. Hourly and monthly rates are available.
