$250 per 50-minute individual therapy session.
$250 per 1-hour group therapy session.
$250 per 1-hour psychological assessment
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for CIGNA and will directly bill your insurance. For all other plans I am currently an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with a statement of your session payments to submit to your insurance company for re-imbursement. I continue to add more insurance plans so please check this website for updates.
Reduced Fee
Sliding Scale feels are available depending on financial need.
Payment
Cash, debit cards and major credit cards accepted for payment. A $35 fee will be added to any declined credit or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be billed at the full cost of the session.
